is an international, peer-reviewed, open access medical journal publishing high-quality systematic reviews, meta-analyses, narrative reviews, and literature reviews.
The journal focuses exclusively on clinical medicine, biomedical sciences, public health, and medical education.
Our mission is to provide reliable evidence-based knowledge that supports clinical practice, advances healthcare research, and informs medical education and policy.
GMR is published biannually (2 issues per year: June and December).
At present, the journal does not publish special or supplementary issues.
For Authors
GMR accepts the following types of manuscripts:
Systematic Reviews
(PRISMA-compliant, protocol registration encouraged in PROSPERO/OSF)
Meta-Analyses
(quantitative synthesis with clearly described methodology)
Narrative Reviews
(analytical overviews highlighting concepts, trends, and research gaps)
Literature Reviews / State-of-the-Art Reviews
(comprehensive reviews summarizing the current state of knowledge)
