Aims and Scope

1.1 The Global Medical Reviews (GMR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to advancing medical knowledge through the publication of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, narrative reviews, and state-of-the-art literature reviews.

1.2 The journal’s mission is to:

• provide a reliable platform for the critical synthesis of evidence in medicine and healthcare;
• support clinicians in evidence-based decision making;
• assist researchers in identifying gaps in current knowledge;
• contribute to the development of healthcare policy and education at both local and global levels.

1.3 The journal is published biannually (June and December). At this stage, GMR does not publish special issues or supplements.

3.4 Literature Reviews / State-of-the-Art Reviews – comprehensive summaries of current knowledge and research developments in defined areas.
