Indexing and Abstracting

The Global Medical Reviews (GMR) is committed to ensuring maximum visibility, accessibility, and discoverability of published research. To achieve this, the journal follows international standards for indexing and citation.

1. Current Indexing and Registration

1.1 CrossRef – All articles are assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through CrossRef to guarantee permanent citability and persistent linking.
1.2 Google Scholar – Open access content is automatically indexed and discoverable via Google Scholar.
1.3 ResearchGate – Articles can be shared and disseminated through ResearchGate by author self-archiving and linking with DOI

2. Ongoing Applications for Inclusion

The editorial team is actively pursuing coverage in recognized indexing and abstracting platforms to ensure broader dissemination of articles. Applications are in process for:

2.1 Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) – for recognition as a high-quality open access journal.
2.2 Index Copernicus – for evaluation and citation impact tracking.
2.3 Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the MES RK (Kazakhstan) – for inclusion in the national list of recognized scientific journals.
2.4 Scopus (Elsevier) – one of the largest international databases for abstracting and citation.
2.5 Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics) – to ensure global scientific impact and visibility.
