1.2 This license permits anyone to:
- read, download, and copy the work;
- distribute and print it;
- remix, adapt, and build upon it in any medium or format;
provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.
1.3 There are no restrictions on non-commercial or commercial use, as long as proper attribution is maintained.
2. Commitment to Open Access Principles
2.1 GMR supports and adheres to the key declarations on open science, including:
- Budapest Open Access Initiative (2002),
- Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities (2003).
2.2 The journal is aligned with the objectives of Plan S promoted by cOAlition S, ensuring immediate, free, and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge without embargo periods.
3. Archiving and Preservation
3.1 To guarantee permanent accessibility, all published articles are:
- assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via CrossRef;
- preserved through the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS digital archiving systems;
- made available for indexing in major international repositories and databases.
3.2 Authors are also encouraged to self-archive the final published version of their work in institutional or subject-based repositories, in line with the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) standards.
4. Ethical and Transparency Standards
4.1 GMR upholds the principles of transparency, editorial independence, and integrity in scholarly publishing.
4.2 The journal follows the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure:
- fairness and confidentiality in peer review,
- responsible editorial decision-making,
- compliance with international standards of open access publishing.
