1. Ownership and Responsibility
1.1 The journal is fully owned and managed by S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU).
1.2 The University provides financial, technical, and infrastructural support to ensure the sustainability and accessibility of the journal.
2. Publication Model
2.1 GMR is published as a free open access journal
2.2 Authors are not charged article processing fees (APCs) or submission fees.
2.3 Readers have unrestricted, free access to all journal content immediately upon publication.
3. Funding and Financial Support
3.1 All expenses related to journal operations (website maintenance, editorial processing, peer-review management, technical services, DOI registration, and publication) are fully covered by KazNMU.
3.2The journal does not generate revenue from subscriptions, APCs, or paywalls.
4. Editorial Independence
4.1 The publisher respects the editorial independence of the journal.
4.2 Editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, peer review, and publication are made exclusively by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, without interference from the University administration or external organizations.
4.3 The journal strictly adheres to international principles of editorial freedom, as outlined by COPE, WAME, and ICMJE.
